Job Description:

We are looking for a creative and talented animator and illustrator to join our amazing marketing team. In this role, you will conceptualize and craft designs and animations that elevate our brand presence. ​​You should be passionate about animation, an avid learner, and able to manage multiple projects efficiently with strong communication and coordination skills. The ability to befriend and work collaboratively is essential. If you are crazy about animation, illustrations, and everything design, then this job is totally for you.

Job Responsibility:

  • Create and manage high-quality illustrations and animations for all digital channels, ensuring a strong aesthetic and design oversight
  • Proactively recommend and develop creative communications, from initial design concepts to final sampling
  • Conceptualize and develop compelling motion graphics, explainer videos, and character animations for marketing campaigns
  • Work closely with the creative team to develop and execute visually compelling content
  • Maintain a rigorous quality check on all pieces to ensure the highest standards
  • Develop storyboards and conceptualize animation sequences
  • Collaborate with designers, writers, and marketing specialists to align animations with campaign objectives
  • Edit and fine-tune animation projects based on feedback from team members and stakeholders
  • Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate best practices in animation and design
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of all assets
  • Assist in the development of brand guidelines and ensure consistency across all animations and illustrations
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate new ideas and concepts for marketing campaigns
  • Capture high-quality videos and assist in video shoots for marketing campaigns, social media, and brand storytelling
  • Create short-form video content for showcasing services, company culture, and promotional activities

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in animation and motion graphics
  • Expertise in After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and other computer-aided design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, and InDesign
  • Strong knowledge of the animation production process, including storyboarding, character design, and video editing
  • Strong conceptual thinking and the ability to create visually striking layouts, typography, and graphic compositions
  • Proficiency in video shooting, editing, and creating engaging short-form content for marketing and branding purposes
  • Excellent illustration skills with a keen eye for detail and design aesthetics
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work well in a team environment and meet tight deadlines
  • Ability to take projects from start to finish with minimal supervision

Nice to have:

  • Experience in creating explainer videos and character animations is a plus
  • 3D knowledge is not mandatory but is a big plus
  • Ability to learn and multi-task when necessary
