Job Description:

As an Animator Cruise Staff you will entertain guests in the various activities and promote interactions between them during the cruise through energy, sympathy and professionality.

Job Responsibility:

Entertain guests in the various activities and promote interactions between them during the cruise through energy, sympathy and professionality
Involve Guests in games and dancing activities, helping them to interact each other by removing language barriers
Organize the animation activities to fit Guests expectations and needs
Collaborate across departments to enhance guest entertainment and drive revenue
Manage customer feedback taking direct action or addressing them to the supervisor to provide a fast and effective solution
Participate in daily meeting with Animation Team to plan and organize the working activities
Actively contribute to a dynamic work environment, emphasizing safety as a core value for everyone
Support health and safety culture onboard

Requirements:

At least a secondary school Diploma – preferably in hospitality or tourism
At least a B1 spoken level of English
Familiar with other European languages (Italian, French, German, Spanish) at B1/B2 level
Previous experience as Entertainer in hotels, resorts or on board
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including strong public speaking abilities
Curious, creative and outgoing person who enjoys interacting with others
