Proactively recommend and develop creative communications, from initial design concepts to final sampling
Develop compelling motion graphics, explainer videos, and character animations for marketing campaigns
Design and animate graphics for digital marketing channels, including social media, websites, and campaigns
Create engaging short-form video content for social media, brand storytelling, and promotional campaigns
Create high-quality AI-generated videos, ads, and animations using tools such as Runway, Pika, and Sora (or similar)
Leverage AI tools to enhance video production, speed, creativity, and storytelling across campaigns
Work closely with the creative team to develop and execute visually compelling content
Maintain a rigorous quality check on all pieces to ensure the highest standards
Develop storyboards and animation concepts for motion graphics and video content
Collaborate with designers, writers, and marketing specialists to align animations with campaign objectives

Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate best practices in animation and design
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring the timely delivery of all assets
Assist in the development of brand guidelines and ensure consistency across all animations and illustrations
Capture high-quality videos and assist in video shoots for marketing campaigns, social media, and brand storytelling
Edit and enhance video content for digital platforms
Experiment with new styles and formats to keep the brand’s visual communication fresh and engaging
Requirements:
1-2 years of experience in animation, motion graphics, or motion design
Expertise in After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and other computer-aided design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, and InDesign
Understanding of motion graphics production workflow, including storyboarding, animation, and video editing
Proficiency in video shooting, editing, and creating engaging short-form content for marketing and branding purposes
Strong conceptual thinking and the ability to create visually striking layouts, typography, and graphic compositions
Excellent illustration skills with a keen eye for detail and design aesthetics
Hands-on experience or strong familiarity with AI tools such as Runway, Pika, Sora, Midjourney, or similar platforms for video generation, motion design, and creative automation
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
ability to work well in a team environment and meet tight deadlines
Ability to take projects from start to finish with minimal supervision
Ability to learn and multitask when necessary
Nice to have:
Experience in creating explainer videos and character animations is a plus
