Job Responsibility

Working closely with the Manager, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day operations in the barn. This includes a variety of physical tasks such as pushing, pulling, bending, lifting (up to 25kg), and continuous walking. Your daily responsibilities will include: Feeding and providing general care for pigs
Maintaining herd health and clean and safe environment for pigs
Pressure washing and preparing rooms for animal entry
Performing minor maintenance and sanitation tasks
Completing clerical duties such as maintaining door charts, inventory trackers, and ordering feed and medication
Following all health and safety policies and adhering to Canada Packers' SOPs for humane animal treatment
