Job Description:

The Digital S/W Engineer Analyst is a developing professional role, responsible for applications systems analysis, programming activities, and engaging in digital applications development. The role involves writing secure and maintainable code, designing system features, and collaborating closely with teams to meet business needs.

Job Responsibility:

Write code on one or more development platforms to deliver part or all of a feature, under guidance from senior engineers
respond to problems, questions, or situations by applying established criteria to directly influence development outcomes
accountable for development, design, construction, testing and implementation and write secure, stable, testable and maintainable code
engage in digital applications development, risk technology, middleware, mainframe applications, non-mainframe applications, analytic model development and application support activities
understand the functionality of the systems involved with projects and business context
participate in design sessions and solution discussions
provide inputs for building project development schedules and feature prioritization
successfully complete assessment tests or certifications to demonstrate technical expertise on development platforms
appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made

Requirements:

0-2 years in an Apps Development role
strong analytical and quantitative skills
experience in running high traffic, distributed, cloud-based services
skilled at working with third-party service providers
excellent written and oral communication skills
must have experience with Angular, HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery, NodeJs and Git
strong/intermediate level experience in Applications Development role - Full stack (e.g., Java, J2EE, Angular JS, SQL, Spring, Hibernate, ReactJS, NodeJs, Oracle, CICD Pipelines(Docker/Containers))
strong fundamentals of OOPS Concepts, Data Structures, and Algorithms
ability to write 'Clean code' using Core Java, JEE, Collections, Multithreading
familiarity with developing and architecting integrated solutions with non-functional requirements like scalability, high availability, consistency
experience with Spring Framework - Spring Boot, Microservices
strong experience with API and Web Services development using REST protocols
understanding of Unit testing and test coverage
willingness to work across multiple tools, frameworks, and technology stacks
good working knowledge of source code control tools and technologies
demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills
ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements
