Job Description:

Join a collaborative anesthesia team at a respected Michigan hospital providing anesthesia care across a full patient demographic, from pediatrics to geriatrics. This position offers the opportunity to work in a supervised CRNA role with a focus on general surgical cases, neurosurgical procedures, and spinal anesthesia. Enjoy the flexibility of a 32- to 40-hour work week with no on-call duties, while contributing to a high-paced, dynamic work environment.

Job Responsibility:

  • Administer anesthesia for general surgical procedures for both adult and pediatric patients
  • Provide anesthesia care for neurosurgical cases, ensuring proper management of neurological status pre- and post-procedure
  • Perform spinal anesthesia and local infiltration anesthesia as required by surgical procedures
  • Deliver anesthesia under direct supervision in collaboration with anesthesiologists and surgical teams
  • Maintain continuous patient monitoring throughout the perioperative phase
  • Utilize Epic EMR for documentation and anesthesia records
  • Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedural protocols, and safety standards
  • Respond to emergencies and provide airway management, including intubation if needed

Requirements:

  • Board Certified CRNA
  • Active Michigan license
  • Clean background and recent NPDB self-query
  • ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications required
  • Minimum of 1-year CRNA experience required
  • No job gaps
