Job Description:

As an Android Tech Lead, you will take a leading role in developing native mobile applications, collaborating with global teams, defining architectures, and mentoring developers. This position requires strong experience in enterprise-scale application development and proven architectural expertise.

Job Responsibility:

Develop and maintain native mobile applications
Implement new features, proof of concept, address issues, and fix bugs
Oversee implementation and ensure performance and stability
Define solution designs and low-level architecture
Estimate work efforts
Provide expert recommendations for enhancements
Lead architecture initiatives
Train and mentor team members
Conduct code reviews
Collaborate with various teams on features and standards
Act as a subject matter expert and provide strategic support
Work on automation, CI/CD, and application deployments
Familiarity with SDKs for analytics and performance monitoring.

Requirements:

Hands-on coding experience
Experience developing and maintaining enterprise-scale native mobile applications
Implementing new features and fixing bugs
Experience with solution design including architecture and framework
Work effort estimation and task feasibility assessment
Expert-level recommendations for design patterns, workflows, tools, and standards
Training and mentoring team members
Conducting code reviews
Collaboration with architects, global teams, product owners, and engineering directors
Technical advisories for app development
8+ years of experience in application development for Android platforms using Kotlin (JetPack Compose, Kotlin Coroutines & Flow, UI Automation, UI Testing, GraphQL)
Strong architectural mindset and experience working with design patterns
Experience with large apps supporting millions of users
Knowledge of CI/CD, release management, and app deployments
Familiarity with enterprise-level SDKs for analytics, networking, and customer engagement
Proven ability to prioritize and execute tasks in high-pressure environments
Proficiency in English and Mandarin.
