Android Mobile Software Engineer is responsible to design, develop and release mobile software solutions. She/he shall be able to build high-quality, innovative and fully performing software in compliance with coding standards and technical design. Software engineer responsibilities include development, writing code, documenting, debugging functionality and releasing working packages to markets including Test flights & MVPs for early feedback.
Job Responsibility:
Execute full lifecycle software development with strong code ethics
Write well designed, testable, efficient code
Integrate software components into a fully functional software system
Develop software verification plans and quality assurance procedures
Document and maintain software functionality
Develop maintainable code
Requirements:
BS degree in Computer Science or Engineering
Proven work experience with Kotlin/Java with focus on clean architecture
Proficient in modern android framework & tools (Jetpack components, dependency injection)
Knowledge of Build Tools, Maven
Skilled in backend communication & API integration (OAuth, JWT)
JIRA/Confluence /Bitbucket experience preferred
Experience working with agile methodologies / in agile teams strongly preferred
Strong facilitation and organization skills
Developed written and verbal communications skills, with both technical and business audiences
Excellent analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills, with high levels of creativity & curiosity
Passionate about teamwork and collaboration
Customer centric & active feedback seeker
Strong time-management skills are considered an asset
