We are looking for an experienced Android Developer to join our Parking Team in Oslo. You will be a key player in the development of our innovative parking solutions, which are used to enforce parking rules efficiently and fairly. You will work closely with leading parking operators. Your efforts are crucial. Are you ready to get behind the wheel?

Job Responsibility:

  • modernization and further development of an established Android app with a large user base in several countries
  • design of solution design/architecture
  • testing of new methodology, technology and tools - including AI-assisted development tools
  • staying up to date on industry trends and technology developments

Requirements:

  • higher relevant IT education at minimum bachelor's level
  • minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience
  • good knowledge of Norwegian and English, both written and spoken
  • competent programmer with solid experience in Android development with Kotlin
  • motivated by understanding and improving complex systems that have grown over time
  • know the Android ecosystem well and follow the development of the platform
  • curious and interested in how AI tools can make you a better developer
  • experience with or are motivated to use AI-assisted coding tools such as Claude Code or similar in your daily workflow
  • experience from project work based on agile methods
  • efficient, and quality is important to you
