Job Responsibility

Responsible for the reliability and maintenance of LV/HV electrical systems, including generators, transformers, switchgear, motors, protection systems, and ancillary plant equipment
Supervising maintenance activities and contractors while ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards
Planning and delivering complex maintenance and outage activities, including resource scheduling, budget management, and CMMS administration within Maximo
Producing technical documentation, work packs, RAMS, and managing support contracts and maintenance procedures
Leading fault diagnosis, emergency breakdown response, RCA, HAZOPs, and reliability improvement activities to maintain safe and efficient plant operation
Holding Site Safety Rule authorisations up to Appointed Person level and provides technical leadership, coaching, and operational support to technicians and shift teams
