The Analytics Manager leads the development and execution of measurement strategies that drive smarter marketing decisions and improved campaign performance. This role is responsible for translating complex data into strategic insights, guiding analytics best practices, and ensuring accurate and scalable measurement across digital channels. As a key partner to media, strategy, and creative teams, the Analytics Manager provides leadership in data-driven decision-making while mentoring analysts and ensuring high-quality deliverables across projects.
Job Responsibility:
Lead the development of measurement strategies and frameworks aligned with client and business goals
Oversee and guide tracking implementations across platforms such as Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager GTM, and related tools to ensure accurate and scalable data collection
Direct the design and evolution of dashboards and reporting solutions using Looker Studio, Tableau, or Power BI to ensure insights are clear and actionable
Analyze cross channel marketing performance including paid media, organic, email, and web to identify trends, opportunities, and optimization strategies
Translate complex data into strategic recommendations that influence campaign direction, audience targeting, and overall return on investment
Own the development and delivery of client-ready analyses, reports, and presentations that clearly communicate performance, insights, and recommendations
Serve as a primary client-facing point of contact for analytics, presenting findings and providing strategic guidance to stakeholders
Partner closely with media, strategy, and creative teams to define key performance indicators, success metrics, and measurement approaches across campaigns
Ensure data integrity through regular audits, troubleshooting, and collaboration with engineering and development teams
Lead testing and optimization initiatives by guiding experiment design, measurement approaches, and interpretation of results
Mentor and support junior analysts by providing guidance on analysis, tools, and best practices
Manage multiple projects and priorities while ensuring timelines, quality, and stakeholder expectations are met
Requirements:
Five to seven or more years of experience in digital or marketing analytics, preferably in an agency environment
Proven experience leading analytics initiatives and developing measurement strategies across digital channels
Strong experience working in client facing roles, with ownership of presenting analyses, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders
Strong ability to translate complex data into clear and actionable insights and strategic recommendations
Deep experience with analytics platforms such as Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Adobe Analytics, or Customer Journey Analytics
Advanced knowledge of tag management systems such as Google Tag Manager or Tealium and tracking implementation best practices
Expertise in building and guiding dashboard and reporting development using Looker Studio, Tableau, or Power BI
Strong understanding of paid media, social, display, email, and search performance metrics and optimization levers
Experience developing and implementing campaign tracking strategies including UTM frameworks and conversion measurement plans
Proficiency working with data tools and querying datasets such as SQL or BigQuery
Experience with attribution models, key performance indicator development, and marketing performance frameworks
Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills with the ability to influence both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Experience mentoring or managing junior team members
Detail oriented and strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills
