In this role, you’ll interpret raw data to derive valuable insights, develop and implement analytics solutions, and track key performance metrics to enhance business performance. You will leverage these insights into trend analysis and initiatives that support business outcomes. The ideal candidate will apply their expertise in data analysis to solve real-world problems, continuously identify opportunities for improvement, and drive data-driven decision-making across projects, teams, and the business. Working closely with the Analytics Team Lead and cross-functional teams, you’ll ensure data accuracy, implement effective reporting processes, and communicate performance, concerns, and strategic needs to both internal and external senior stakeholders.

  • Deliver in-depth analysis and reporting on advertising campaigns, highlighting key performance trends, strengths, weaknesses, and external factors, and translating these findings into strategic recommendations that drive improved campaign outcomes and ROI
  • Provide technical expertise and serve as the subject matter expert on Radancy’s reporting platform, methodologies, and third-party tools, resolving any issues related to campaign tracking and reporting
  • Resolve data discrepancies and foster client confidence in reporting

  • Collaborate with the Analytics Team Lead to develop business intelligence strategies and solutions for the EMEA market, while supporting the identification of business opportunities and ensuring client satisfaction
  • Oversee analytics projects, ensuring deadlines are met while extracting, managing and analysing data from multiple sources
  • Supervise the design and delivery of performance reports and insights for campaign management, and manage the data/report requests process, including task prioritisation and project approval
  • Enforce company procedures and implement local market-specific quality controls to ensure high-quality deliverables
  • Generate benchmarking and trend reports, presenting findings to account teams, senior management, and clients
  • Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and policies
  • Anticipate future team and technology needs, collaborating with the Analytics Team Lead to design and implement solutions

Requirements

  • Strong problem solving, quantitative and analytical abilities
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and delegate tasks efficiently
  • Strong ability to plan and manage numerous processes, people and projects simultaneously
  • Exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail, and a high level of commitment and follow-through
  • Strong strategic thinking skills, with the ability to evaluate complex situations and translate insights into actionable plans
