SALT is supporting a business seeking an Analytics Manager to lead and operationalise analytics across a demand generation function. This role will lead the day-to-day analytics roadmap across key demand generation capabilities, ensuring priorities are clear and delivery is coordinated across multiple workstreams. The successful candidate will help embed analytics tools, outputs and insights into business decision-making routines, while balancing strategic oversight with hands-on problem solving. The role will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders involved in planning, delivery and performance management.
Job Responsibility
Manage the day-to-day analytics roadmap across core demand generation activities
Coordinate delivery across multiple workstreams, ensuring priorities, dependencies and timelines are aligned
Embed analytics tools, reporting outputs and insight-led recommendations into regular decision-making routines
Translate complex business needs into clear analytics priorities and actionable outputs
Maintain a holistic view of the analytics agenda while deep diving into specific issues where needed
Partner with stakeholders to improve how analytics supports planning, performance tracking and optimisation
Requirements
Experience managing analytics roadmaps or programmes across multiple concurrent workstreams
Strong background in analytics within a marketing, demand generation or customer acquisition environment
Comfortable operating in complex environments with multiple stakeholders and shifting priorities
Able to connect strategic objectives with detailed analytical execution
Experience embedding analytics outputs into business or commercial decision-making processes.
