As Analytics Lead for the Real Estate Domain, you own the execution of the analytics strategy, ensuring prioritization and impact-driven insights for our end-to-end Real Estate experience. Your mission is to implement the Data & Analytics vision and roadmap for Real Estate, translating domain needs into clear priorities, robust metrics, and data products that steer product and business decisions. By coaching analysts, planning capacity, and channelling domain requirements into clear priorities, you deliver trusted insights that generate growth in a vibrant Real Estate marketplace.
Job Responsibility:
Translate Real Estate strategy and business objectives (OKRs) into actionable analytics frameworks and measurable outcomes
Own the execution of the data & analytics strategy for the domain with a focus on prioritisation and impact-driven insights
Guide stakeholders in framing hypotheses, defining success criteria, and shaping decision-ready insights across initiatives such as vibrancy and marketplace health (supply and demand), pricing and packaging changes, as well as product rollouts and go-to-market experiments
Lead the cross-domain definition and validation of Real Estate KPIs, aligning Product, Tech, Business, and Marketing around shared goals
Conduct strategic deep dives into priority topics such as customer base audits, pricing performance, and user segmentation
Present insights and recommendations to senior forums, including the Real Estate Leadership Team, with clarity and impact
Co-design workflows that enable proactive monitoring and insight generation, ensuring a focus on high-quality analytics delivery
Coach and develop analysts, while shaping workflows that enable proactive monitoring, strong prioritisation, and high-quality analytics delivery
Requirements:
5+ years of experience leading analytics teams in highly scalable environments, partnering cross-functionally with both product and business stakeholders
Strategic thinker who enjoys turning numbers into narratives and meaningful impact
Know how to develop talent and act as a role model for your team with transparent and proactive communication
Have scaled analytics functions and consistently apply a data product mindset to drive consistency and value creation
Experienced with modern BI tools such as Tableau or Looker
Combine strategic vision with hands-on analytical skills, tools and concepts like dbt, SQL, Python, and GitHub are familiar and meaningful parts of your workflow
