Join the RAC as a Customer Service Advisor and support members and Renault UK customers when they need clear, confident help most. Based in our Bescot office, you'll be part of a busy contact centre team handling queries and complaints for Renault and Dacia customers. This is a role where conversations matter. You'll take ownership of each case, working through issues from first contact to resolution and making sure every member feels heard and supported. Job Responsibility
Handle customer queries and complaints across phone, email and digital channels
Manage cases end-to-end, keeping members and dealerships updated throughout
Investigate issues and work towards fair, timely resolutions
Build strong working relationships with Renault, Dacia and dealer partners
Keep accurate records and case notes on all interactions
Support complaint handling, following agreed processes and service standards
Make decisions on goodwill gestures, hire costs and resolutions where appropriate
Work towards individual and team performance targets
Stay up to date with product knowledge and processes through ongoing training
Requirements
Experience working in a contact centre or customer service environment
Confidence handling complaints and difficult conversations
Strong communication skills across phone and written channels
The ability to stay calm, organised and focused in a fast-paced setting
A positive, team-focused approach and a genuine commitment to helping customers
