We’re hiring an Analytics Engineer to help scale our data platform and enable better, faster decision-making across the company. This role sits at the intersection of data engineering, analytics, and business impact. You will design and own core data models, build reliable pipelines, and empower teams with self-serve and AI-based insights. Your work will directly influence how we price, grow, and operate - and help shape the data architecture of a modern insurance company.
Job Responsibility:
Own and evolve core business metrics - from definition to tracking and operationalisation
Evolve the data and analytics-related part of our AI stack to accelerate experimentation, predictive use cases, and GenAI applications
Drive cross-functional data projects (e.g. pricing, revenue, product usage) with stakeholders across Commercial, Operations, and Engineering to generate real business impact
Build and maintain scalable data pipelines and data marts using modern tooling
Design clean, reliable, and well-documented data models as a single source of truth
Run deep-dive analyses to uncover insights and inform strategic decisions
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in Analytics Engineering, Data Analytics, or a similar role
Advanced SQL and data modeling best practices (e.g. dimensional modeling, semantic layers, metrics definitions)
Modern transformation frameworks, especially dbt
AI-ready data foundations: structured, governed, and discoverable data models that can power experimentation, automation, and GenAI applications
Strong understanding of product, growth, and operational analytics use cases
Experience with BI tools (e.g. Metabase) and building self-service environments
Proficiency in Python or another programming language for data work
Excellent communication skills - you can turn data into clear narratives and decisions
High attention to detail and strong ownership mindset
