Our Analytics Engineer is a hybrid role that bridges data engineering and data analysis within a lean Data team, working alongside Data Engineers and Data Analysts. This position exists to build scalable data systems while also delivering analytical insights that drive business decisions.
Job Responsibility:
Collect, process, and analyse large datasets to extract meaningful insights and support strategic planning.
Design and implement scalable data pipelines, tools, and systems to improve data accessibility and reporting.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, operations, and IT, to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Build dashboards, reports, and visualization tools to communicate findings and support data- driven decisions.
Identify trends, anomalies, and patterns to guide performance optimization and process improvements.
Ensure data quality, accuracy, and security through robust validation and governance practices.
Support experimentation and A/B testing through analytical methodologies and tools.

Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git) and agile methodologies.
Ability to create and maintain visualizations using tools like Power BI, MicroStrategy or Tableau.
Strong problem-solving skills and statistical analysis capabilities.
Familiarity with software engineering principles and practices.
Ability to translate complex data-related concepts into clear, business-friendly language for stakeholders.
