Job Responsibility:
Lead the analytics team across multiple customer groups, industry verticals and regions
Define the capability roadmap and organization structure for scale
Translate client objectives and business questions into analytic frameworks and drives roadmap alignment
Guide senior client relationships and analytics transformation projects
Align department goals to company strategy and vision
Manage Director-level leaders and ensure succession planning
Lead performance planning, calibration, and promotions
Identify and implements process, tooling, or training improvements
Represent analytics in senior executive forums
Shape thought leadership, IP, and external reputation
Use AI, automation, and technology to elevate the quality and efficiency of work
Requirements:
12+ years of experience in analytics
5+ years of leadership experience
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
Expertise in building and scaling analytics functions
Advanced proficiency in SQL
Experience guiding data architecture and modeling decisions
Proficiency in Python or R
Deep experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker
Proven success in leading cross-functional partnerships
A strong record of mentoring analytics leaders
A commitment to curiosity and adaptability as a Continual Learner
