Beyond reporting, you’ll have the opportunity to push the boundaries of measurement, experiment with emerging analytics methodologies, and explore AI-driven solutions to enhance marketing performance.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead the analytics team across multiple customer groups, industry verticals and regions
  • Define the capability roadmap and organization structure for scale
  • Translate client objectives and business questions into analytic frameworks and drives roadmap alignment
  • Guide senior client relationships and analytics transformation projects
  • Align department goals to company strategy and vision
  • Manage Director-level leaders and ensure succession planning
  • Lead performance planning, calibration, and promotions
  • Identify and implements process, tooling, or training improvements
  • Represent analytics in senior executive forums
  • Shape thought leadership, IP, and external reputation
  • Use AI, automation, and technology to elevate the quality and efficiency of work

Requirements:

  • 12+ years of experience in analytics
  • 5+ years of leadership experience
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • Expertise in building and scaling analytics functions
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL
  • Experience guiding data architecture and modeling decisions
  • Proficiency in Python or R
  • Deep experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker
  • Proven success in leading cross-functional partnerships
  • A strong record of mentoring analytics leaders
