As an Analytics and Reporting Co-Op at Carter’s, you will gain hands-on experience in data analytics and reporting within a fast‑paced distribution center environment. Job Responsibility:

  • Data Collection and Preparation: Assist in gathering and organizing data from the warehouse management system and related databases
  • Clean, validate, and prepare datasets to ensure accuracy and consistency
  • Data Analysis: Perform quantitative analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and operational insights
  • Partner with team members to develop data‑driven solutions to business challenges
  • Reporting: Develop clear, visually compelling dashboards and reports using tools such as Tableau to communicate findings effectively
  • Documentation: Maintain clear and organized documentation of SQL queries, data sources, and analytical procedures to support long‑term usability and knowledge sharing
