Job Description:

12 month fixed term position (maternity leave cover). Responsible for leading the analytics and customer feedback teams to provide ongoing customer feedback, customer insight and business insight for operational and strategic decision making. Part of the Insight Team, a wider team of 20 colleagues providing performance management, forecasting, research, data analysis and customer and business insight. Leads a team of six colleagues within two distinct functions – analytics and customer feedback.

Job Responsibility:

  • Leading the analytics and customer feedback teams
  • Providing ongoing customer feedback, customer insight and business insight for operational and strategic decision making
  • Delivering high quality insight from data analysis and predictive analytics
  • Delivery and analysis of all customer transactional surveys and the Tenant Satisfaction Measures (TSM) survey

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience as a leader
  • Proven experience with analysing, delivering and embedding insight at operational and strategic levels
  • Quick to get up to speed
  • Strong troubleshooting skills
  • Proven ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels
