Job Responsibility:
Supporting the development and execution of analytical assays such as HPLC, UPLC, LC-MS, ELISA, and Western blotting
Conducting experiments with precision and scientific rigour, ensuring data quality and reproducibility
Contributing to the documentation of research findings and generation of SOPs and lab records
Participating in lab operations including maintenance, equipment checks, and consumables management
Collaborating with team members to ensure timely delivery of project milestones
Engaging in group discussions and sharing scientific insights through presentations and data reviews
Maintaining high standards of health, safety, and quality in all lab work
Requirements:
BSc or MSc in Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, or a related life sciences field
Experience with analytical techniques e.g., HPLC/UPLC, LCMS, ELISA – either through industry or academic research
A good understanding of laboratory practices, experimental design, and data analysis
A proactive, team-oriented approach with a strong willingness to learn and develop
Nice to have:
Experience with mammalian cell culture (e.g., CHO or HEK293)
Familiarity with automated or high-throughput lab systems
Knowledge of bioprocess development or protein characterisation workflows
