Job Description

We are seeking a hands-on, detail-oriented Analytical Operations Associate to support analytical testing in a laboratory environment. This role involves executing established test methods, documenting results, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to generate high-quality data in support of research and development activities.

Job Responsibility

  • Perform routine analytical testing following established protocols and procedures
  • Conduct flow cytometry assays and analyze data using appropriate software tools
  • Document experimental data accurately in electronic laboratory notebooks (ELN)
  • Review, compile, and summarize analytical data while ensuring data integrity
  • Troubleshoot assays and support method optimization and continuous improvement efforts
  • Maintain laboratory organization, equipment, and materials
  • Follow laboratory safety, quality, and documentation procedures
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support testing priorities and project timelines
  • Assist with general laboratory operations and other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline or equivalent laboratory experience
  • 2+ years of hands-on analytical laboratory experience
  • Hands-on experience with flow cytometry is required
  • Experience using electronic laboratory notebooks (ELN)
  • Benchling experience is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and documentation practices
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced laboratory environment
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
