Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and highly skilled Analytical Development Laboratory (ADL) Officer to join our team in Vapi, Gujarat. This full-time position offers a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the pharmaceutical industry with a focus on formulation and analytical development.

Job Responsibility:

  • Conduct formulation development studies for new pharmaceutical products
  • Perform analytical method development and validation according to regulatory guidelines
  • Execute stability studies and analyze results to ensure product quality and shelf-life
  • Troubleshoot and optimize existing analytical methods
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, Quality Control, and Regulatory Affairs
  • Maintain accurate and detailed laboratory records and prepare technical reports
  • Ensure compliance with Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and other relevant regulatory standards
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in pharmaceutical analytical development

Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Pharmacy (B-Pharma) degree
  • Up to 4 years of experience in Analytical Development Laboratory (ADL) within the pharmaceutical (pharma) sector
  • Proficiency in core skills including formulation, ADL, Analytical Development, and general pharmaceutical knowledge
  • Strong understanding of analytical techniques and instrumentation used in the pharmaceutical industry
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
  • Good command of English, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
