Job Responsibility

  • Perform analytical testing to evaluate product composition, performance, and quality attributes
  • Operate instrumentation such as HPLC and GC to assess active components and formulation characteristics
  • Support method execution and troubleshooting to ensure reliable and reproducible results
  • Design and conduct stability studies to assess product integrity over time
  • Monitor and evaluate both physical and chemical changes, including packaging compatibility where applicable
  • Interpret stability data to help determine product shelf life and performance consistency
  • Partner with R&D teams to support development and optimization of new and existing formulations
  • Assist in evaluating product changes driven by regulatory updates, raw material adjustments, or performance improvements
  • Contribute technical insight to support formulation design and problem-solving efforts
  • Analyze laboratory results and translate findings into meaningful insights
  • Prepare clear, accurate technical summaries and reports to support development activities
  • Ensure all generated data aligns with internal quality and scientific standards
  • Maintain detailed and organized laboratory notebooks documenting all experiments and results
  • Enter and manage testing data within internal systems and databases
  • Conduct all laboratory work in accordance with Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and established procedures

Requirements

  • Experience with chromatographic techniques (HPLC, GC) and related data systems
  • Understanding of analytical testing, product stability, and quality control principles
  • Familiarity with laboratory equipment, safety requirements, and regulated work environments
  • Experience working with stability protocols and evaluating product performance over time
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing project needs
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills, including technical documentation
  • Proficiency with standard business software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or a related scientific discipline
  • 2-4 years of experience in analytical chemistry, quality control, or product development support
  • Experience working with formulated products in any industry (e.g., consumer goods, specialty chemicals, coatings, personal care, pharmaceuticals, etc.) preferred
  • Familiarity with safety standards for handling chemicals in a laboratory setting
