Job Responsibility:

  • Participate in financial performance analyses (P&L, profitability, margins)
  • Prepare management dashboards and indicators to support decision-making
  • Contribute to the development of budgets, forecasts and variance analyses
  • Collaborate on ad hoc analyses and financial studies for special projects
  • Participate in the month-end process (accounting entries, reconciliations, analyses)
  • Ensure the accuracy of financial data and compliance with accounting standards
  • Support the improvement of accounting and internal control processes
  • Participate in the implementation or optimization of financial and ERP tools

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics or related field (CFA, CPA, MBA an asset).
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis or accounting.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling tools.
  • Experience with Power BI, SQL, Python or Tableau is an asset
  • Strong analytical skills, autonomy and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and presentation of complex data in a synthetic manner.
