Job Responsibility:
Take responsibility for client service and operational execution task
Control risk and enhance controls in connection to your job
Process inward/outward including Cross border transactions
Process transactions as per specified service level agreements
Perform operational duties in TAT prescribed by the bank
Support business areas with day-to-day processing, reviewing, reporting, trading and issue resolution
Collaborate with teams across the bank to align and integrate operational processes
Identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations
Develop and implement operational procedures and controls
Develop reports and presentations on operational performance
Identify industry trends and implement best practice
Participate in projects to improve operational efficiency
Meet the needs of stakeholders/customers through operational excellence
Execute work requirements as identified in processes and procedures
Identify escalation of policy breaches
Take ownership for managing risk and strengthening controls
Requirements:
Processing of inward/outward including Cross border transactions
Understanding of MS Excel and MS Word
Meticulous, fast learner and able to work with minimum supervision
Able to work independently in a fast-paced working environment
Any AML stream related experience, preferably CDD (Client Onboarding)
Should have interacted with Front office and RM teams via Phone daily
Should be flexible for any shifts
Should have worked on all Risk types and individually able to classify a risk of both individual and entity client types
Proficiency in spoken and written English is a must
