Job Description:

Exciting opportunity for recent graduates to join a growing team as an Analyst. The role involves evaluating transactions flagged as out-of-the-norm, fast and accurate data entry, and navigating technology platforms to complete assigned tasks. Includes comprehensive training for skill development, production goals, and collaboration within a dynamic environment.

Job Responsibility:

Perform fast and accurate data entry with a high attention to detail
Use Excel tools, including pivot tables, to organize and analyze data
Research and navigate technology platforms to complete assigned tasks
Evaluate transactions flagged for review and determine next steps based on internal procedures
Escalate unusual findings while documenting results clearly and thoroughly
Maintain productivity standards in a deadline-driven environment

Requirements:

Proficiency in Excel (pivot table skills strongly preferred)
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in high-volume tasks
Ability to research and learn new technologies quickly
Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
A proactive, team-oriented attitude and a willingness to learn
Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, criminal justice, legal studies or related field highly preferred
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work in a production environment with minimum thresholds for Key Performance Indicators (KPI) on a scorecard system
Familiarity with technology and ability to toggle between applications and proficiency
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
ability to convey complex information clearly
Ability to work independently while also being a collaborative team player
