Job Responsibility:
Ensure accurate extraction, transformation, and validation of business data, guiding stakeholders and safeguarding quality for a smooth, compliant go-live
Quality Checks and Data Validation with Business stakeholders
Perform detailed data checks using advanced Excel functions and Power Query, macros
Identify duplicates, inconsistencies, missing fields, and mapping conflicts
Execute business rules, mapping rules, pay structure checks, and picklist alignment
Prepare and communicate validation reports to business stakeholders
Organize and lead business validation calls to review data discrepancies
Explain data issues and transformation logic clearly to business users
Coordinate data sign-off activities for each migration cycle
Requirements:
Willingness to work on a fixed-term contract (first contract 6 months, with the possibility of extending up to 12 months)
Very good German skills (min. B2/C1)
Good English skills
Experience in data analysis/reporting using Excel (Power Query, Pivot Tables)
Experience in data validation, cleansing, and large-scale data handling
Understanding data mapping rules, field-level transformations, picklists
Ability to identify structural data issues quickly and accurately
Structured, independent, quality-oriented working style
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences
Team player with intercultural communication competence
Nice to have:
Basic experience with Python or/and Java will be an asset
