Job Description

As a Sr Tenders Analyst, you take pride in representing Baxter and our products. Support the Tenders department in activities such as: Identification of Tenders in different Government health institutions and hospitals, offer preparation, documentation gathering creation of files for México and Centroamérica

Job Responsibility

  • In charge of the Tracker reports of documents and tender data for Mexico and Central America
  • Responsible for keeping the event information up to date: opening data and failures or assignments to generate strategic information to support decision making for all the different processes of the company
  • Responsible for managing the Sharepoint platform to keep the data registry updated and available and updating documents, reports, document library, and offer files
  • Support to the tender area in: Daily review of the different government purchasing pages of Mexico and Central America, for the identification of bidding processes
  • Sending notifications to the different areas involved, according to established event guidelines in each of the stages of the participating bidding processes
  • Reading, reviewing and, if applicable, identifying risks in compliance with aspects and/or requirements requested in the bidding bases/documents and notifying them to the respective areas
  • Provide support in the preparation of proposed questions and participation in review meetings of questions for clarification meetings (when applicable)
  • If required or necessary, provide support in the integration, preparation and review with the executive of the technical-legal documentation for the creation of the offer to be presented
  • Support in sending the necessary documentation for the formalization of contracts

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of experience in Tenders
