Job Description

This role supports continuous solution delivery by analyzing and delivering repeatable design artifacts using DevOps practices and tools. It translates business requests into technical user stories, system diagrams, and design documents to support system functions and enhancements. The role participates in functional scope analysis and detailed solution design to improve project efficiency and quality. Success is measured by the accuracy of technical documentation, effectiveness of solution designs, and communication of project status and risks. The work impacts organizational capabilities by enabling IT solutions that meet business needs and support operational teams.

Job Responsibility

  • Translate business requests into technical user stories, system diagrams, and design documents to support system functions and enhancements
  • Participate in functional scope analysis and detailed solution design to improve project efficiency, speed, and quality
  • Maintain and communicate project risks, team activities, and project status to leadership and project managers
  • Collaborate with business and IT teams to develop capability and technology roadmaps and investigate emerging strategic capabilities
  • Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree OR combination of education and experience deemed equivalent (Required)
  • Acceptable areas of study include Computer Science or a related field. In lieu of degree, equivalent industry experience may be considered. (Preferred)
  • 2-4 years Related work experience. (Preferred)
  • Software Development Proficient in modern software development, integration and delivery practices using DevOps and Agile methodologies (Required)
