Job Description:

As an Analyst on the Surveys team, you will play a key role in enabling AlphaSights’ clients to collect expert insights via online, programmed surveys. You will be instrumental in driving the growth of the Surveys service at AlphaSights by providing analytical expertise to Surveys team members on client facing projects and for internal capabilities development.

Job Responsibility:

  • Data analysis & visualization: Clean, analyze, and draw valuable insights from survey data and create presentation-ready reports
  • Quality control: Build processes to minimize unforced errors throughout complex stages of a survey project
  • Advance survey capabilities: Progress our capabilities to service sophisticated research methodologies via advanced survey coding, authoring, and analysis
  • Support live client requests: Work with AlphaSights clients to provide analytical support as needed
  • Identify new and maintain existing relationships with key internal and external stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Entry-level role: 0-2 years of working experience
  • Relevant work/internship experience at a consulting, market research firm, or in a role working with data in a business context, are preferred
  • Excellent analytical and quantitative skills
  • Hold a 3.5 GPA or above in a quantitative degree (e.g., Engineering, Maths, Economics, Finance)
  • Great problem solver
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and high level of autonomy
  • Highly driven and proactive
