Analyst, Supply Planning

• coordinate and monitor the inbound movement of materials to ensure timely delivery from suppliers
• identify material requirements and collaborate with purchasing, production, and engineering teams to ensure alignment with project needs
• develop and refine specifications for new contracts, ensuring compliance with organizational standards
• utilize forecasting tools to optimize material planning and scheduling processes
• analyze trends in material usage and production to identify opportunities for process improvements
• support production teams by ensuring the availability of raw materials and resolving supply chain issues
• partner with suppliers to maintain strong relationships and ensure consistent communication
• assist in the development of prototypes by coordinating material specifications and delivery timelines
• drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline material planning and supply chain operations
• monitor and report on material flow, providing insights to support operational decisions

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience
• strong understanding of supply planning processes and material handling procedures
• proven ability to analyze trends and provide actionable insights to improve operations
• experience with forecasting, scheduling, and optimization tools
• excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with suppliers and internal teams
• demonstrated ability to work independently and apply sound judgment in solving complex challenges
• proficiency in monitoring tools and reporting systems to track material flow and performance
• familiarity with production, budgeting, and engineering concepts is a plus
