Job Responsibility:
Strategic projects to grow Bombardier's offering including: Planning, coordinating, and preparing strategic presentations, as well as delivering them on behalf of senior executives
Conducting comparative analyses between our competitors’ capabilities and our capabilities
Developing an overall product and service portfolio for all Bombardier Business Aircraft aftermarket activities
Participating in the forecasting of different segments of the business by building a numerical model
Lead the development and the execution of marketing research projects including competitive analysis, market sizing, and market forecasts driving strategic decisions and innovation
Diving deep into external/internal data and business jet market trends to provide comprehensive market analysis & actionable insights to senior leadership
Developing advanced models that accurately forecast industry trends, predict aircraft deliveries and orders, monitor movement in the market for used aircraft, and others
Provide strategic data analysis and recommendations for market, customer and competitor analysis for decision-making support and to drive strategic objectives for various business units
Prepare detailed reports about market conditions and present findings to support business decisions
Support Bombardier’s strategic & product planning processes by providing regular updates and insights to assist in governance process
Partner and collaborate with Sales, Business Development, Aftermarket Service, Defense, Finance, Customer Service and other key stakeholders to ensure alignment on the strategy
Support key company functions through ad hoc requests
Requirements:
University degree in relevant field (Economics, Marketing, Business, or others)
Master’s degree preferred
+6 years of relevant experience, ideally in market analysis, strategy, and/or business development
Strong business knowledge related to the aerospace industry or related fields
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret market data and make informed decisions
Solid modelling and statistical analysis skills with a creative flair
Ability to work independently & under pressure, demonstrating initiative and flexibility through effective and innovative leadership ability
Rigorous, persistent, innovative, detail oriented and like working with people
A proven storyteller with excellent verbal and writing skills
Excellent organizational, prioritization, communication, and time management skills
Fast-learner capable of learning programming and regularly use statistical software
Expert in using MS Office suite
Bilingual (English is a must, French)
Nice to have:
Previous programming experience with statistical software (R, Alteryx, others…)
Experience with data visualization tools and BI software (e.g. PowerBI, etc)
