Analyst, Strategy & Business Development (Industrialization)

• Identify and qualify new business opportunities in the aerostructures sector (metal or composite part fabrication, surface treatments, assembly, design, testing, etc.)
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders in the aerospace industry
• Collaborate with engineering, production, and project management teams to develop technical and commercial proposals tailored to client needs
• Participate in industry trade shows, conferences, and networking events to promote Bombardier’s manufacturing services
• Conduct market and competitive analyses to guide development strategy
• Prepare presentations, service offers, and commercial proposals
• Contribute to achieving the company’s growth and profitability objectives

• Degree in engineering, business administration, or strategy
• At least five (5) years of experience in business development or in procurement, ideally in the aerospace or manufacturing sector
• Solid understanding of aerospace manufacturing processes and equipment, assembly methods, and aircraft components
• Ability to work in both English and French on a daily basis
• Autonomous, innovative, and dynamic
• Highly organized, results-oriented, and adaptable to changing priorities, with experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Able to travel circa 20% of the year, primarily across Canada, the United States, and Mexico

Proficiency in Spanish is an asset
