Job Responsibility:
Lead and manage strategic initiatives related to indirect procurement and supply chain optimization
Develop and implement governance frameworks, performance tools, and reporting mechanisms to support leadership decision-making
Facilitate cross-functional collaboration across departments such as Procurement, Logistics, IT, and Finance
Support change management efforts for new tools, systems, and processes impacting supply chain operations
Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for efficiency, cost savings, and enhanced supplier relationships
Design and develop executive-level strategy presentations that are high-impact
Acting as the lead for governance meeting preparation and follow-up to ensure that the department is following and achieving its KPIs and Master Plans
Coordinate and communicate the project status to stakeholders and upper management
Recommend strategies that support company objectives

Requirements:
You have a bachelor’s degree or an MBA degree or any equivalent degree
You have minimum 3 years of direct experience in a similar role as an Analyst
5+ years preferred
You have proven ability to lead cross-functional projects
You have training or experience in Change Management (preferred)
You demonstrate leadership skills without having formal authority plus strong communication skills, capable of negotiating with, aligning and influencing stakeholders at various levels of the company
You demonstrate strong leadership and interpersonal skills
you can work under minimum supervision in an extremely fast paced working environment
You are adaptable, curious, and effective at problem-solving
You have strong organization/time management skills
you deliver on your commitments
You demonstrate good analytical and synthesis skills
you can simplify and convey complex ideas both verbally and in writing
You can communicate effectively in both English and French on a daily basis
You have proficiency across the Office 365 suite, especially PowerPoint, Excel and Power BI (preferred)
knowledge of coding languages such as Python (asset)
You must be able to work on site at one of our Montreal facilities at least two days per week, sometimes more, as per the applicable policy
