Analyst storage and transportation

• Create, process and administer Storage and Transportation contracts in accordance with policies and with a customer service excellence approach
• Investigate any contract parameter discrepancies
• Work with S&T Contracting team members to determine issue resolutions and execute issue resolutions in a timely manner
• Respond to internal and external customer contract inquiries in a timely manner
• Proactively communicate with other internal groups that have customer touchpoints and/or impact customer experience
• Testing of contract system changes and enhancements to ensure functional prior to implementation
• Prepare and publish reports, subject to approval, in compliance with Storage and Transportation Access Rule (STAR), storage inventory and S&T rates on a monthly, seasonal and annual basis

• Post-secondary education in business or a related quantitative field or equivalent work experience
• 1-3 years of proven analytical work experience preferred
• High attention to detail with strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
• Strong analytical, investigative, and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work in a team environment as well in a self-directed manner while working well under pressure
