Job Responsibility

  • Coordinate and optimize travel logistics for team members and leadership, ensuring alignment with business priorities
  • Manage and analyze expense submissions, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely processing
  • identify trends or discrepancies as needed
  • Create, track, and monitor purchase requisitions, provide status updates and ensure timely completion
  • Support onboarding processes by coordinating logistics, preparing materials, and ensuring a seamless new hire experience
  • Contribute to workforce administration by monitoring timecard submissions and supporting reporting and compliance activities
  • Coordinate team events, meetings, and catering logistics to support operational effectiveness
  • Manage and track IT service requests for new hires and team members, ensuring timely resolution and escalation when required
  • Monitor office and IT supply usage, analyze needs, and coordinate replenishment to maintain operational continuity
  • Support meeting and workspace coordination, including conference room planning and logistics
  • Track and follow up on key operational activities, ensuring deliverables are completed and deadlines are met
  • Compile, validate, and maintain data for reporting purposes

Requirements

  • post-secondary degree in business administration, management, or a related field
  • minimum of five (5) years of experience in coordination, operations, or analytical support role within a complex environment
  • strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
  • fluent in both French and English, written and spoken

  • Serve as a strategic partner within the Supply Chain, Program Office & Engineering strategy and governance team, shaping the evolution of Bombardier’s SRM framework and deployment roadmap
  • Lead, coordinate, and execute enterprise‑level SRM initiatives, ensuring alignment with Bombardier’s strategic priorities, transformation milestones, and long‑term supplier strategy
