Job Responsibility:

  • Serve as a strategic partner within the Supply Chain, Program Office & Engineering strategy and governance team, shaping the evolution of Bombardier’s SRM framework and deployment roadmap
  • Lead, coordinate, and execute enterprise‑level SRM initiatives, ensuring alignment with Bombardier’s strategic priorities, transformation milestones, and long‑term supplier strategy
  • Provide guidance and direction to cross‑functional teams (Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Contracts, Quality, Programs, Aftermarket, Finance, HR) to ensure successful execution of SRM deliverables
  • Own the governance cadence, including executive steering reviews, KPI updates, SRM dashboards, strategic reporting, and communication packages for senior leadership
  • Drive risk identification and mitigation, proactively resolving execution challenges and influencing stakeholders to remove barriers
  • Monitor project health, ensuring performance to schedule, quality of deliverables, and rigor in tracking gaps between planned and actual outcomes
  • Develop, optimize, and maintain SRM processes, playbooks, templates, tools, and best practices, ensuring consistent adoption across the business
  • Facilitate strategic workshops, supplier‑facing engagements, training sessions, and change‑management activities to accelerate SRM adoption and maturity
  • Act as a change champion, fostering alignment, promoting SRM culture, and ensuring stakeholders understand roles, expectations, and value creation opportunities
  • Collaborate closely with Engineering, Contracts, Commodity Teams, Quality, Programs, Aftermarket, and Logistics to integrate SRM into core operational workflows
  • Represent the SRM program in cross‑functional forums, influencing direction, sharing progress, and ensuring organizational readiness for future phases

Requirements:

  • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business administration, engineering, or related field
  • a Master’s degree or PMP/PMI certification is an asset
  • Bring 5–8+ years of experience in project leadership, supplier management, procurement, operations, transformation, or strategy roles—preferably within aerospace or a similarly complex industry
  • Have demonstrated ability to lead cross‑functional initiatives, influence senior stakeholders, and manage competing priorities in a fast‑paced environment
  • Possess strong strategic thinking, structured problem‑solving skills, and a track record of delivering high‑impact results
  • Communicate with confidence at all organizational levels, with exceptional executive‑ready presentation skills
  • Are collaborative, customer‑focused, and able to create clarity and alignment across diverse teams
  • Thrive in an evolving environment and are driven by continuous improvement and operational excellence
  • Are fluent in English and French is a must
