Job Responsibility

  • Lead data collection, modeling, and analysis to support the development of the five-year strategic plan
  • Design and deliver executive-level presentations and materials for planning workshops and alignment sessions
  • Oversee dashboards and KPIs, ensuring accurate tracking of strategic objectives
  • Shape strategies for key mission segments (Maritime Patrol, Intelligence, Surveillance & Reconnaissance, Aerial and Early Warning, Head of State), ensuring alignment with Bombardier Defense's long-term objectives
  • Assess mission-specific market opportunities and competitive positioning
  • Define capability roadmaps and investment priorities for each mission area
  • Support portfolio decisions through scenario planning and opportunity sizing
  • Monitor progress of strategic projects, proactively identifying risks and recommending mitigation strategies
  • Conduct advanced benchmarking and research to support strategic partnerships and industrial cooperation projects
  • Lead preparation of documentation for product strategy activities, including business cases for new product ideas

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
  • 5+ years of experience in strategic analysis, planning, or management consulting
  • Proven ability to lead complex projects and influence senior stakeholders
  • Advanced analytical skills and proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and strategic modeling tools
  • Experience in defense or aerospace industry strongly preferred
  • Exceptional communication skills and ability to present to executive audiences
