Mastercard Switching Services is the business unit responsible for the processing (authorization, clearing, settlement) of all payment transactions and acts as a distinct unit following the European Interchange Fees Regulation. We are seeking a highly motivated Analyst to support the Sales team in managing and developing customer relationships. This role is ideal for someone looking to build expertise in business partnering within a strategic and fast-growing area of the organization. The position offers hands-on exposure to performance analysis, commercial decision-making, and cross-functional collaboration, supported by structured learning and on-the-job coaching.
Job Responsibility
Providing day-to-day operational and analytical support to Sales teams and regional stakeholders, enhancing overall business efficiency and effectiveness
Analysing market trends and customer data to generate actionable insights that inform strategic and commercial decisions
Developing and maintaining centralized dashboards to support data-driven decision-making
Supporting the development of integrated solutions and compelling value propositions tailored to customer needs
Preparing materials and insights for Sales team meetings to ensure well-structured, impactful, and productive interactions
Contributing to cross-functional initiatives across account management, business development, product, finance, and legal teams to ensure seamless execution and alignment
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field
Fluency in English (written and spoken)
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to translate data into meaningful insights
Proactive, self-starting mindset with a strong willingness to learn and develop understanding of clients, products, and business drivers
High energy, ownership, and a results-driven attitude
Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Basic knowledge of Switching Services – Authorization, Clearing and Settlement
