As a Sales Operations Analyst, you will play a crucial role in scaling our sales team to new heights by managing critical business operations. You will be responsible for optimizing both new and existing sales processes, supporting a global team to accelerate sales execution.
Job Responsibility:
Forecasting Support: Manage the forecasting process, including dashboard management, data loads, and quality assurance
Data Management: Oversee data loads to Clari, ensuring accuracy by collaborating with respective teams and operations leads
Target File Maintenance: Maintain business target files mid-cycle to ensure accurate reporting and attainment as sales reps and managers are onboarded and offboarded
Salesforce Auditing: Conduct periodic audits of Salesforce opportunity tagging to address issues in the core system and ensure accurate sales compensation
Onboarding and Offboarding: Partner with Sales Operations Managers to support the timely and consistent onboarding and offboarding of sales reps
Account Assignment: Lead support for account assignment changes during the sales cycle
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in business strategy, finance, analytics, consulting, OR 3+ in sales strategy, operations, or analytics
Expert level excel skills, you can build a model to track the business
Organized and able to communicate clearly across teams
Proactive engagement with the management team to identify issues early
