Job Description:

Assist with managing rooms inventory, preparing competitive analysis, managing rates and room authorizations, performing month-end reporting, maintaining system tools, and implementing hotel sales strategies. Collaborate with the Revenue Management team while ensuring compliance with company standards.

Job Responsibility:

Assist in the management of rooms inventory to maximize cluster rooms revenue
maintain accuracy of information and enhance automation efforts in reservation system
assist in the preparation of competitive analysis and other supporting documents for presentation at market sales strategy meetings
manage room authorizations, rates, and restrictions, including communicating rate restrictions and strategy to properties
perform all Revenue Management month-end reporting and auditing and provide forward-looking information
generate, process and update all property and market Revenue Management reports
assist with system maintenance, including inputting rate hurdles, monitoring forecasted demand, updating group forecasting, and running daily system checks
assist with training of new associates on revenue management tools
implement hotel sales strategies in reservation and inventory systems.

Requirements:

High School diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
at least 1 year related work experience
no supervisory experience
ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 15 pounds without assistance
ability to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time
ability to read and visually verify information in a variety of formats
speak with others using clear and professional language
compliance with quality assurance expectations and standards.
