Job Responsibility:
Conduct end-to-end database management, including: Data gathering from primary and secondary sources, such as government agencies, cold calls, mystery shopping, and both desktop and physical inspections
Data processing and analysis to glean insights, utilizing advanced Excel skills
Management of large databases with high attention to detail and organization
Prepare regular market reports, presentations, and other research deliverables for both internal and external audiences
Develop and deliver compelling presentations on market trends, forecasts, and research findings to clients, senior management, and other stakeholders
Write comprehensive reports and studies on real estate market trends and analyses
Create visually appealing and informative charts, graphs, and infographics to effectively communicate complex data and insights
Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the real estate sector
Assist in the development of forecasting models and methodologies to predict market trends
Collaborate with other teams, including brokerage, valuation, and consulting, to provide research support for various projects
Respond to ad-hoc research requests from clients and colleagues in a timely and professional manner
Stay informed about the latest developments in the real estate industry and relevant economic factors
Contribute to the continuous improvement of presentation templates and styles to enhance the overall quality and impact of research deliverables
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Economics, Finance or a related field
1-3 years of experience in real estate research, market research, economic research, or consulting
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, with advanced data analysis skills
Experience in managing large databases and data processing
Excellent report writing skills, preferably with experience in writing research studies
Strong presentation preparation and delivery skills
Experience in creating impactful presentations and data visualizations
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Strong time management skills and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
