Job Responsibility

  • Analyze, monitor and control the budgetary envelopes of the Program team
  • Present analysis and recommend budget strategies to management teams
  • Manage budget governance and prepare the necessary content (key indicators, variance, risks & opportunities)
  • Establish budget schedules and guide teams towards defined milestones
  • Establish performance criteria for certain strategic initiatives/portfolios and monitor their achievement
  • Help define and maintain a governance calendar for the management team
  • Contribute to the definition and maintain standardized tools for the definition and budget management of the Program and Engineering teams
  • Identify and manage risks & opportunities by mitigating them with the functional teams
  • Guide a team in solving problems and establishing new processes
  • Contribute to continuous improvement activities on the budget process, define a new work tool and standardize templates
  • Work in a multi-functional environment in which you interact with all levels of management
  • Maintain efficiently and rigorously a large volume of financial data

Requirements

  • University degree in management, finance, business administration or equivalent
  • Initiative, results-oriented and desire to make decisions

  • Demonstrate informal leadership skills (e.g. influencing without formal authority)
