Job Description:

Mehnaty Graduate Analyst is an Emirati Program for a duration of 12 months designed to develop and nurture UAE national talent, preparing fresh Emirati university graduates for future roles in banking. The program equips individuals with the knowledge and training needed for long-term career growth at Citi.

Job Responsibility:

Develop and nurture UAE national talent
Prepare fresh Emirati university graduates for future roles in banking

Requirements:

Have already graduated between 2023 – 2025
Obtained or on course to achieve a 2:1 as per UK education system or GPA 3 or equivalent and above
Keen interest in a career in financial services
Excellent interpersonal skills to deal internally and externally with clients
Strong analytical and presentation skills
Desire to develop a deep understanding of the financial industry
Intellectual curiosity and proactive approach to searching for new and creative ideas
Articulate, strong communication, planning, and organisational skills
Strong desire to learn, are proactive, building rapport and relationships in team environments
