Job Responsibility:
Manage multiple customer programs to a defined scope, schedule, and budget, using data to monitor progress and identify early signs of risk or opportunity.
Forecast work and allocate program resources with customer buy-in
Ensure program deliverables meet the highest quality standards
Balance competing priorities across multiple customers and projects and prescribe trade-offs for prioritization.
Conduct and coordinate meetings onsite and remotely in alignment with Gong's Professional Services methodology
Execute ongoing discovery and design workshops, mapping customer use cases to Gong platform workflows using data-driven approaches.
Provide regular communications (verbal and written) to executive leadership, project teams, and customers.
Identify, document, and proactively mitigate program risks
Ideate and develop new program deliverables that elevate the team process through measurable outcomes.
Contribute to practice development initiatives
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Analytics, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Strong Excel skills — pivot tables, lookups, charts, and comfort with large datasets
Exposure to or experience with project management methodologies (school, internships, or work experience)
Comfortable presenting and communicating with customers and internal stakeholders, expecting to work closely with Enterprise Executives at large companies.
A curious mindset, strong attention to detail, and a passion for solving problems with data
Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and eloquent writing skills.

Willingness to travel.
