Job Responsibility

  • Manage multiple customer programs to a defined scope, schedule, and budget, using data to monitor progress and identify early signs of risk or opportunity.
  • Forecast work and allocate program resources with customer buy-in
  • Ensure program deliverables meet the highest quality standards
  • Balance competing priorities across multiple customers and projects and prescribe trade-offs for prioritization.
  • Conduct and coordinate meetings onsite and remotely in alignment with Gong's Professional Services methodology
  • Execute ongoing discovery and design workshops, mapping customer use cases to Gong platform workflows using data-driven approaches.
  • Provide regular communications (verbal and written) to executive leadership, project teams, and customers.
  • Identify, document, and proactively mitigate program risks
  • Ideate and develop new program deliverables that elevate the team process through measurable outcomes.
  • Contribute to practice development initiatives

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Analytics, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Strong Excel skills — pivot tables, lookups, charts, and comfort with large datasets
  • Exposure to or experience with project management methodologies (school, internships, or work experience)
  • Comfortable presenting and communicating with customers and internal stakeholders, expecting to work closely with Enterprise Executives at large companies.
  • A curious mindset, strong attention to detail, and a passion for solving problems with data
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and eloquent writing skills.
  • Desire to embrace change and hypergrowth in your role, your team, your organization’s strategy, and the products you support
  • Willingness to travel.
