Job Description:

The primary function of the (Junior) Analyst PMA is to transform high level business requirements into reporting solutions and insights that meet the needs of internal business clients. This position will also include a data mining component which will involve identifying and analyzing trends in the data and building automated and/or ad hoc reports for internal business users. A critical requirement for this position is an understanding of numbers from a statistical perspective and a willingness to analyze data. Experience with business analytics could be useful as the result of the data mining activities and should result in actionable and developed recommendations for the Management team.

Job Responsibility:

  • Preparing financial & statistical reports based on information gathered from multiple data sources
  • Business partnering with strong focus on data quality and accuracy
  • Take active part in supervision of month-end closing, ensure correctness of results for a specific area

Requirements:

  • General knowledge of financial applications and MS Office - strong Excel (formulas, pivot tables, etc.)
  • At least half-year experience on relevant analytics position (Financial Reporting, Performance Analysis, experience in budgeting is an advantage)
  • Experience with Qualitative/Quantitative analytics
  • A very high level of work ethic and attention to detail

Nice to have:

  • Experience in data visualization and analysis using tools such as Power BI (with DAX)
  • University degree in one of the following areas: Finance, Statistics, Accounting or similar
