Job Description

The Analyst in People Analytics will leverage strong analytical skills to apply AI and advanced analytics in solving business problems. The role involves executing analytics requests, conducting hypothesis testing, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance decision-making processes. Candidates should have a solid foundation in analytics and experience with tools like Power BI, SQL, and Python.

Job Responsibility

  • Support delivery of cross-functional and cross-departmental projects within the People Analytics COE
  • Identify and apply opportunities to use AI, Generative AI, and Agentic AI in analytics workflows, business problem-solving, and stakeholder delivery
  • Contribute to embedding AI-driven approaches into the People Analytics function, including automation, insight generation, narrative creation, and scalable analytical solutions
  • Conduct hypothesis testing, exploratory analysis, and insight generation to solve business problems
  • Execute bespoke analytics requests independently with strong ownership and quality
  • Maintain strong quality standards in analysis, documentation, and stakeholder communication

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in analytics, people analytics, business intelligence, data analysis, or a related field
  • Hands-on experience with Power BI, SQL, and Python
  • Demonstrated interest in or exposure to AI, Generative AI, Agentic AI, or machine learning applications in analytics or business environments
  • Strong communication skills and comfort working with cross-functional stakeholders

Nice to have

  • Experience in People Analytics, workforce analytics, HR analytics, or related domains
  • Exposure to hypothesis testing, predictive analytics, or machine learning use cases
  • Experience experimenting with or applying GenAI / AI tools in analytical workflows, reporting, or business problem-solving
  • Educational background from a premier / top-tier institution preferred, though not mandatory
  • Experience working in global or matrixed environments
