  • To prepare Daily Manufacturing report on Daily performance of Production, Batch release, Pending GQ, Absorption & Waste
  • To prepare Monthly / Weekly Manufacturing Operations Review deck on Capacity Utilization report, Production Plan vs Actual, Productivity, Breakdown, Waiting Time, Production Yield %, Packing Rejection %, Avg Contact workers per day
  • To prepare trend Analysis on Production Plan vs Actual, Productivity, Breakdown, Waiting Time, Yield %, Rejection %
  • To perform Monthly waste analysis deck with top defects / discards analysis and comments
  • Data compilation & management such as data of Production, Packing (Plan Vs Actual), Downtime etc.
  • To perform & analysis of process Scrap - reason wise breakup such as Production and Packing Rejection units defect category wise breakup
  • To perform Operational Analysis - Support Operational excellence manager and other functions with Business / Operations analysis and presentation deck
  • To Support Opex team in maintaining and circulating data of KPIs to management (example- OEE, waste, Production achievement etc.)
