Job Responsibility
Troubleshooting severity 1 & 2 Issues in the devices
Provide support to Network hardware/software/configuration as assigned by Monitoring Team – Timely closure of incidents. Quality of resolution notes
Keep customer satisfaction high
Reduce user downtime
Analyze chronic problems
Provide Industry best practices and Standards
Maintain the hardware Inventory Update to date
Provide specialized hardware / software / network problem diagnosis / resolution
Route physical problems to onsite hands and feet support staff
Coordinate H/W Maintenance activity with 3rd Party for hardware installation, troubleshooting and fixing hardware issues
Upgrades based on new technology/New deployments
Create Standard Operating Procedure (SOP’s)

Packet Capture Analysis
